Clangram ("we," "us," or "our") provides a web-based platform for creating and sharing interactive family trees. Our service allows you to add family members, upload photos, track birthdays, view family locations on a map, and share your tree with others.
By accessing or using Clangram, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Clangram, including photos, names, and family information. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and the people you choose to share it with.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content, including photos of other people. Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

Clangram uses third-party services to operate, including Supabase for data storage and authentication, and Railway for hosting. Your use of Clangram is also subject to the terms and policies of these providers.
Clangram is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clangram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
You may stop using Clangram at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. You may export your data before termination using the built-in export feature.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
