Is it really one subscription for the whole family?

Yes. The admin pays once a year. Other members you invite join for free. No per-seat fees.

What's the difference between Starter and Growth?

Starter ($12/year) supports up to 100 family members and includes every feature. Growth ($24/year) is the same but with unlimited members and priority support — worth it once your tree crosses the 100-person mark.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings and you keep access for the rest of the paid period.

Do I need a credit card for the free trial?

No. The 14-day trial is truly free — we don't ask for a card until you pick a paid plan.

Can I move my data out?

Always. Every paid plan includes one-click GEDCOM export with photos bundled in a zip.
